GOLDEN, Colo. (Dec. 3, 2025) – The First Judicial District Attorney’s Office has filed five charges against Gregory Mark Giles (DOB:9/30/60) and five charges against Bryce Anneaus Giles (2/21/99) in connection with an alleged street racing crash that killed two people and injured three.
On 11/13/25, Lakewood Police and West Metro Fire responded to a multi-vehicle crash at South Kipling Parkway and West Mississippi Avenue. Five people were transported to the hospital. Two victims, a 26-year-old female and a 28-year-old male, later died from their injuries. An 18- year-old male also suffered Serious Bodily Injury.
The two deceased victims were traveling in a Toyota 4Runner and attempting to make a left turn when their vehicle was struck by a 2015 Ford Explorer, allegedly driven by Gregory Giles, and a 2014 Ford Expedition, allegedly driven by Bryce Giles.
Police report that both vehicles can be seen driving together from Hwy 285 and S Kipling Pkwy, toward S Kipling Pkwy and Mississippi Ave, where the crash occurred. The investigation revealed that both vehicles were traveling over 90 mph five seconds before impact.
The two men are each being held on a $250,000 cash only bond.
The next hearing is set for December 18th, 2025 @ 10 am.

COUNT THREE: VEHICULAR ASSAULT-RECKLESS 18-3-205(1)(a) Class 5 felony – Victim 3 – BG
COUNT FOUR: RECKLESS DRIVING 42-4-1401 Class 2 misdemeanor traffic offense
COUNT FIVE: SPEED CONTEST 42-4-1105(1) Class 1 misdemeanor traffic offense
The charges are merely legal allegations; Bryce and Gregory Giles are presumed innocent of the charges against them unless and until they are proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
