Funding Community Support
The Victim / Witness Assistance and Law Enforcement (VALE) Board provides grant funding to local, community-based programs that provide a variety of services to victims of crime.
First Judicial District VALE Board
The First Judicial District VALE Board is a body of five citizens that reviews grant applications for funding and awards contracts to service providers based on community needs. The contracts are financed through fines assessed to convicted defendants.
Members of the public can virtually attend board meetings. Notices of meetings can also be found on our Events Calendar.
