Due to our ethical obligations that protect individual privacy and due process, the District Attorney’s Office is prohibited from releasing any information or statements on open cases outside of the “official actions” outlined in CRS § 24-72-302(7).



Official action information is readily available to the public at cocourts.com and oac.colorado.gov/resources/courtlink.



All requests on open investigations and cases should be directed to the State Court Administrator’s Office or the respective court where the case is held:
